Yin at the Wall with Jen SanMiguel

In yin practice, we make use of many props to support our poses. One prop that we often overlook is the wall. A wall can offer deeper support for the poses, but can also offer alternatives to students with injuries or mobility issues. In this workshop, we’ll make use of the wall to help us access a series of yin postures. We’ll end practice with a brief meditation and a restorative practice, accompanied by healing sound instruments. An existing yin practice is helpful but not required. Space is limited so sign up now.
