Mat Classes
Our Mat Class Packages include pilates mat and yoga classes. They do not include pilates equipment classes or community classes. The only package that includes mat classes and equipment classes are the 5 Mat Class + 5 Equipment Class package, listed under Equipment Class Packages at the bottom of the page.

This all level yoga class is designed to help you cultivate a deep connection with your body and the natural environment. This bilingual class is taught in English and in Spanish.
Thursday 5:15pm In Studio Community Class, Flexibility + Focus: Yoga for Teens
Learn healthy tools for letting go of stress while developing a strong and flexible mind and body.
Flexibility + Focus, Yoga for Teens is an all level yoga class for students 11-16. No experience is required and beginners are encouraged. All students must pre-register and provide parental consent. This class is taught in English + Spanish.
Thursday 6:30pm In Studio Community Class: Iyengar Yoga
This all level Iyengar Yoga class is a technique driven practice that will challenge the body and invigorate the mind.
Our community class price is $10.
