Mat Classes
Our Mat Class Packages include pilates mat and yoga classes. They do not include pilates equipment classes or community classes. The only package that includes mat classes and equipment classes are the 5 Mat Class + 5 Equipment Class package, listed under Equipment Class Packages at the bottom of the page.

This all level Iyengar Yoga class is a technique driven practice that will challenge the body and invigorate the mind.
Saturday 11:15am Open Level Vinyasa Yoga (bilingual Spanish + English)
This hour long, open level $10 community class will focus on traditional yoga postures, fluid sequences, and breathing practices. Variations and modifications are available for practitioners of all levels, so that each student can experience a balance of effort and ease in their practice. Come ready to move and breathe and leave feeling centered and refreshed.
Esta clase de una hora de duración, apta para todos los niveles, se centrará en posturas de yoga tradicionales, secuencias fluidas y ejercicios de respiración.
