ReConnect - The Workshop is Inspired by Weena’s training in Somatic Experiencing, Authentic Movement and Yoga Therapy. This workshop combines guided meditation, simple movements and yoga postures, as well as verbal discussion to offer students more time to swim into the deep end of authentic embodiment. 

This monthly workshop is open to everyone ages 12-112. $35
