Climbing Breath is a growing breath from our pelvis up into our heart. A beautiful way to connect to the different breath centers and to feel the deep layers of your abdomen.
Do this practice as long as you like. Go to your internal rhythm. If you ever need to take a break, take a break and then re join your breath practice. Setting a timer for 5min can be a helpful way to create a space for your breathing practice.
